Although I studied engineering, I realized many people don’t get access to reliable, easy-to-understand construction information.

They end up relying on guesswork, inconsistent advice, and incomplete explanations from different professionals.

Property Noma was born out of the desire to change that.

I wanted to create a space where anyone, whether a first-time builder, a curious homeowner, or someone researching modern construction, can learn in a simple, friendly way.

I’m naturally a detail-oriented person. I enjoy breaking down complex processes and explaining them in a clear, practical way.

If something doesn’t make sense, I won’t move on until it does.
